We understand that you may need to be on your phone while you are in the salon. Please be advised that the use of the speakerphone is not allowed. If the person you are talking to can be heard by the stylist or anyone in the salon you must end the call. Please refrain from using profanity.

1. I am located in a salon in the Waukegan . The exact address will be given in your confirmation email after booking your appointment.

2. Although I love children, the space in which you are being serviced is not suitable for kids.

3. I ask that you do not bring anyone extra to your appointment

Please understand we do not transfer any deposits payments and we do not offer any refunds or exchanges. Deposits are non refundable

1. If you are needing to reschedule your appointment, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance Rescheduling or canceling appointments is solely your responsibility. Your confirmation email can be used when trying to reschedule or cancel an appointment

2. If you are a no call - no show you will be prohibited from scheduling any future appointments.

3. Due to tight scheduling, I unfortunately, cannot allow anymore than 15 minute delay (15 minute grace period) If you are more than 15 minutes late , your appointment will be canceled.

1. Shampoo and blow-dry of your natural hair is included in all appropriate services.

2. Your extensions washing and drying is not included in your reservation and must be washed and dried before you arrive for your reservation. Your hair must be fully detangled/un-matted before your arrival.

3. Take downs are not included with service but can be selected as an add-on service during booking.

4. Hair that is freshly unbraided must be detangled/un-matted.

Masks are optional, but I ask that if you are sick please stay home . If you still come and you are sick you will be asked to leave .

2. A travel fee applies and is based on distance from the salon location. Please note that appointments must be booked in advance to secure your spot, and travel services are available only for select areas.
